Because after 15+ years of experience in traditional recruitment I saw again and again how skilled and earnest people were being excluded from employment because of offenses 10 years in their past and businesses were being stalled because of unmet hiring needs.

Today, my firm offers a suite of services rooted in diversity, equity and inclusion. We will discuss attitude and unconscious bias, assessing a candidate based on their talents rather than their background, fostering open communication by allowing candidates to discuss their experiences, benefits like tax breaks, and more.
