I educate corporations on unconscious biases surrounding second chance hiring and the benefits of opening their doors to a large talent pool to increase recruitment and retention. From prison to Corporate America, I had my share of difficulties in obtaining gainful employment. My suffering inspired me to start Freedom Fulfillment Consulting in order to pursue my love of assisting others on a similar path. I believe no matter what, God can make your crooked paths straight.

But within those challenges lay the seeds of transformation. Fueled by a relentless determination to redefine my narrative, I returned to the halls of academia, earning an MBA that became both a shield and a key to unlocking doors I once thought were forever closed. With this newfound knowledge, I ventured into the realm of recruitment, embarking on a journey that now spans 15 years.

This journey is a testament to the untapped potential that lies dormant within individuals seeking redemption. More than a personal account, it's a fervent call to reshape corporate recruitment practices, not only for the sake of individuals like me but for the prosperity and efficiency of the corporations themselves.
